Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN licensure by the State Board.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring policy and procedure compliance.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation and mentor staff, coordinating with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff for 24/7 care with controlled overtime.
