This role emphasizes staffing, policy compliance, and collaborative care delivery to ensure patient and family satisfaction. The RN Supervisor must hold an active RN license, with BSN preferred, and contribute to a supportive, compliant environment with opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure by State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective nursing care.
• Lead and direct clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring policy compliance.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staff for safe 24/7 nursing care, minimizing overtime and agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and make recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations.
