Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor in Clovis, NM. You will lead the clinical operations of nursing units during the weekend shift, ensuring policy, quality, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate, safe 24/7 nursing coverage, participate in staffing decisions, and support recruitment and orientation of new hires.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift.
• Mentor staff and coordinate care delivery across departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate, safe 24/7 nursing coverage.
• Assist with staff recruitment and new hire orientation.
