- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct clinical operations on the assigned shift.
- Mentor staff and coordinate care delivery with other departments.
- Ensure safe, 24/7 nursing care with supportive staffing and minimized overtime/agency use.
- Support recruitment, orientation, and performance decisions.
