Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants and nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team.
• Ensure compliance with care plans, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care and outcomes.
