The position requires BSN, RN license, 2+ years in a LTC setting, and strong leadership and communication skills. EHR experience (PCC) is preferred; the facility emphasizes a supportive environment and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• Knowledge/experience with PCC EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities and staff.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care and rounds.
• Administer IVs and medications as ordered.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding patient care.
• Support development and implementation of care plans.
