Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Briarcliff Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Greenville, TX. The role leads Nursing Services staff during day shifts, ensuring care plans align with regulations and facility policies.

The supervisor will report on shift activities, coordinate with other departments, and ensure safety protocols and documentation are followed, while promoting teamwork and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Requires Texas Registered Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of Nursing Services staff including Charge Nurses, CNAs and CMAs.
• Ensure staff complies with procedures in Nursing Services Procedures Manual.
• Produce written and verbal reports on shift activities and recommendations.
• Coordinate with resident services to maintain residents’ total care plan.
• Interpret Department policies to staff, residents, visitors and government agencies.
