Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff Management and Leadership: supervise and mentor nursing staff during weekend shifts; assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Patient Care Oversight: ensure care per plans and orders; conduct rounds with physicians; monitor patient well‑being.
• Administrative Duties: assist in hiring decisions, training recommendations, record-keeping, and narcotic reconciliation.
• Safety and Compliance: follow infection control, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards; report unsafe conditions.
• Communication and Customer Service: build rapport with patients/families; communicate with healthcare team; address grievances.
