Job summary

Paradigm at the Pines seeks a Weekend Supervisor RN/LVN to support the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing services for our facility in Texas. The role requires leadership, strict adherence to regulatory standards, and hands-on care to residents.

You will supervise staff, conduct rounds, and ensure safety and quality of care across shifts while maintaining professional standards and patient dignity. LTC experience preferred; PCC and MS Office skills recommended.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LVN license in Texas.
• 2 years’ long-term care experience preferred.
• 6 months’ rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Ability to make independent decisions and demonstrate leadership.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with PCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care for residents.
• Assist Director of Nursing in planning and directing nursing services.
• Perform rounds and monitor staff performance across shifts.
• Ensure staffing levels meet patient care needs and safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state/local regulations and policies.
• Report incidents, grievances, and safety concerns to management.
