Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality nursing care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

You will lead clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with standards while coordinating with other departments to maintain safe, 24/7 coverage. The role requires an accredited nursing degree and active RN licensure; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct clinical operations on assigned shifts with emphasis on safe, 24/7 nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulations across units.
• Mentor staff, coordinate with other departments, and manage staffing to limit overtime and agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding and promotions/transfers/terminations.
