Edgefield Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Weekend Supervisor (RN) to oversee nursing operations on weekend shifts and lead staff with compassion and clear direction. You will ensure quality resident care, compliance with regulations, and accurate documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license in good standing, has supervisory experience, and thrives in a long-term care setting.

Formación

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Long-term care / nursing home experience a plus.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for caring for seniors and leading others.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing operations during the weekend shift
• Support and guide nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Respond to resident, family, and staff needs with professionalism and compassion
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
