Qualifications
- Current Texas RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- BLS certification.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts to ensure patient care.
- Monitor patient conditions and intervene as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
- Manage staffing assignments and weekend scheduling.
- Document and report clinical incidents and patient progress to management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
