Qualificações

• Current valid RN license in Texas.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory experience is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate nursing care for residents under the Director of Nursing.
• Support care plans and physician instructions.
• Orient and develop nursing staff.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and conduct team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain 10-hour weekend shifts.
