Job summary

Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on weekends, 7a to 7p. You will supervise care, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical oversight to staff to deliver safe, high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active MA RN license, BLS CPR, and the ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting. We value communication, teamwork, and a compassionate, professional leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license, unencumbered.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure residents receive safe, effective, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, residents, and families about changes in condition.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care by urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership.
