You will oversee resident care plans, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain standards of excellence and a compassionate patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed.
• Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees.
• Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
