The Good Shepherd Health & Rehabilitation Center in Ashland, OH is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead the nursing team and ensure consistent, high-quality care for residents. This exempt, salaried role focuses on supervision, care planning, and staff support.

You will oversee resident care plans, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain standards of excellence and a compassionate patient experience.

As the RN Weekend Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient.
