Blue Central Group seeks a dynamic RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing team on 16-hour weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional patient care and safe operations. You will oversee assessments, coordinate care plans, and support staff in a fast-paced setting.

Role requires an active RN license, critical care experience, and proficiency with PCC EMR. Strong leadership, communication, and HIPAA compliance are essential to drive quality outcomes and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• RN license with current state registration; BLS required; ACLS or PALS a plus.
• Extensive critical care experience including ICU or Level I Trauma Center backgrounds.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as PCC; familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding and medical documentation standards.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within healthcare facilities; capable of leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology for acute and long-term care.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays; dementia/memory care expertise is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination, patient education, and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to perform sterile techniques and specimen collection/infection control practices.

Aufgaben

• Supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medical documentation in PCC EMR.
• Coordinate care plans for patients with complex needs including dementia, geriatrics, behavioral health, and long-term care.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and nursing policies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, catheter care, and venipuncture as needed.
• Conduct clinical evaluations and support multidisciplinary teams in acute care settings like ICU or Trauma Centers.
• Lead incident investigations and manage emergency responses, documenting activities thoroughly for quality assurance.
