Formación

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with Florida license.
• Clinical experience or specialty skills in geriatrics.
• Ability to relate positively to patients and families and work cooperatively with others.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day supervision of personnel.
• Manage call offs and staffing.
• Maintain consistent practices across shifts.
• Communicate performance expectations clearly.
• Assign duties for patients' care, work hours, breaks, and meals for nursing staff on unit.
• Report concerns to Nursing Team.
