Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of nursing personnel on weekends.
• Manage call-offs and staffing to maintain coverage.
• Maintain consistent practices and performance expectations.
• Communicate care standards clearly to the team.
• Assign duties, shifts, breaks and meals for unit staff.
• Report concerns to the Nursing Team promptly.
