Journey is seeking a Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing services on your unit, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance while supporting a collaborative team.

As a leader, you will plan staffing, mentor staff, and coordinate resident assessments, ensuring timely reporting and quality outcomes for residents and their families.

This role requires a GE- licensed RN with at least 2 years in long-term care and 1 year in nursing management, CPR certified.

Qualificações

• RN licensed in Georgia.
• 2+ years direct care in long-term, restorative, or geriatric settings as an RN.
• At least 1 year nursing management experience and CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Unit Management: Plan, organize, and direct nursing services while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Leadership and Development: Make staffing assignments, mentor staff, and review documentation for quality and accuracy.
• Resident Care Coordination: Oversee resident assessments, ensure supplies, and report to the Director of Nursing.
