Job summary
The Bristol at Tampa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead our nursing staff. This role requires an RN in good standing with Florida licensure and geriatrics experience.

Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse RN in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.
- Must have clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our customers and families and to work cooperatively with others.
- Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day supervision of personnel.
- Manage call offs and staffing.
- Maintaining consistent practices.
- Effectively communicates performance expectations.
- Assigning specific duties for customers' care, work hours, breaks, and meal periods for nursing personnel on unit.
- Reporting any concerns to Nursing Team.
