Job summary

The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for weekends. The role oversees nursing staff, manages resident care plans, and ensures care is delivered in line with facility policies and standards.

You will lead a team, collaborate with physicians and other clinicians, and model professional nursing practice while focusing on geriatric residents and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent is preferred.
• Current Florida RN license is required.
• Leadership experience in a nursing home setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume primary nursing management responsibilities for resident and staff activities.
• Lead formulation and implementation of care plans for geriatric residents.
• Coordinate and supervise Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information.
