Job summary

Flagler Health and Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff during weekend shifts and oversee day-to-day patient care in line with regulations.

Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise care plans, assess residents, conduct rounds, and participate in direct care as needed, with opportunities for professional growth and an engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.
• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
