Park Lane Post Acute in West Chester, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for weekend shifts. You will supervise nursing staff on the overnight shift and help ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with care plans.

Responsibilities include rounds, documentation of incidents, and coordinating care to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for patients. Active RN license and prior supervisor experience in long-term care are required.

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Experience as a supervisor.

Responsibilities
