The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our weekend team in Pinehurst, NC. This leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care and guiding clinical staff in a fast-paced long-term care setting.

As RN Supervisor, you will oversee clinical operations during weekend shifts, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes and ensure safe, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants and nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team.
• Ensure compliance with care plans, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care and outcomes.

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our weekend team. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while supporting and guiding clinical staff in a fast-paced long-term care environment.

Position Overview

As the RN Supervisor, you will oversee clinical operations during your assigned shifts, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant resident care. You will serve as a key leader, supporting nursing staff and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants and nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team
• Ensure compliance with care plans, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
