Job summary

Complete Care - MidAtlantic is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role, every other weekend from 7am to 7pm. Pay is negotiable with a starting rate of $41 per hour or more based on experience. Prior long-term care experience and Maryland RN licensure are required.

The role includes leadership of staff, care planning, and ongoing family communications in a skilled nursing setting. We offer advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to work in Maryland as an RN.
• Prior long-term care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Care needs & planning: assist to implement and revise care plans; monitor health conditions; respond to emergencies or status changes.
• Staff oversight & scheduling: observe care assignments; manage coverage; evaluate staff performance; educate and lead staff.
• Family & team liaison: communicate changes to families and providers; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review and audit incidents; transcribe orders; ensure compliance of charting and charges.
• Family, resident, staff education: explain health status and care plans; guide care skills and interventions as needed.
