Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and revising care plans; monitor health conditions and respond to changes.
• Observe care assignments; manage coverage; evaluate and lead staff.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families and providers; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Review incidents; transcribe orders; audit medical charges; maintain accurate records.
• Explain health status and care expectations; guide care skills as needed.
