Responsibilities
- Assist to implement & revise care plans and monitor health conditions.
- Manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, and educate staff.
- Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers.
- Review incidents, audit medical charges, and maintain record compliance.
- Explain health status and guide care skills.
