Responsibilities

• Provide patient care with established standards as directed by the physician.
• Observe and report patient conditions and document per policies.
• Document EMR assessments and changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive and execute physicians’ orders and update care plans.
• Direct and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care.
• Ensure care management systems are used and in-serviced.
