The role requires Texas RN licensure, strong leadership, and excellent documentation. You will coordinate staffing, document events, and support resident care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas required.

• Excellent documentation and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and delegate duties based on census and staffing.
• Oversee medication management and coordinate reorders.
• Implement care plans per policy and physician orders.
• Provide direct care support and supervise treatments as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely transcription of orders.
• Lead shift communication and ensure care needs are communicated.
• Ensure infection control procedures and safe work practices.
• Coordinate coverage during staffing shortages.
• Investigate incidents and communicate with families as needed.
• Manage lab orders, results, and physician follow-up.
