Job summary

Folkston Park Care and Rehab is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing care in both short term rehabilitation and long term care settings. The role provides weekend leadership and requires strong clinical supervision.

Under the Director of Nursing, you will develop care plans, supervise staff, and participate in unit operations during weekend shifts. An active RN license and experience in geriatric or rehabilitative care are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in the state where they practice.
• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
• Strong physical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing principles.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of Nursing personnel during weekend shifts.
• Assist in daily operations of the unit on weekend shifts and participate in care planning.
• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans under the Director of Nursing.
