Job summary

Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Supervisor for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). This role leads nursing care delivery, coordinates Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments, and ensures care aligns with policies and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, an active TN RN/LPN license, and prior leadership experience in a nursing home setting. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or equivalent experience.
• Current TN RN/LPN license.
• Experience in nursing home leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend nursing operations and resident care.
• Coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments.
• Ensure care delivery adheres to nursing standards and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians and staff to update care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and compliance with treatment plans.
