Job summary

LOTUS Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced RN to lead evening and night shifts, supervising all nursing staff and delivering direct resident care to maintain high-quality care.

Key duties include ensuring staffing levels, coordinating with the care planning team, assessing residents using standard tools, supervising documentation, and communicating with physicians. RN licensure and at least 2 years in a supervisory role are required.

Sign-on bonus of $7500 is offered.

Qualifications

• RN required and licensed to practice.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, documentation review, and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff on evening and night shifts.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents as needed.
• Maintain staffing levels and complete required data posting.
• Assess residents using standard tools and coordinate care planning.
• Supervise documentation, census reporting, and transfers.
