Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Maryland is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Evening shift to lead a compassionate care team and ensure the highest standards of resident well-being.

We offer a $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time candidates, along with opportunities to advance in a dynamic long-term care setting. Duties include supervising nursing staff, performing assessments, and coordinating care under the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN certification.
• Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Administrating treatments and documentation.
• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing-related needs.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
• Experience as a Unit Manager with supervisory experience in Long Term Care.
• Proficient with IV and Phlebotomy.
