Job summary

The Good Stuff! at Fayetteville-Health- is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend resident care operations. This leadership role focuses on maintaining high standards of care while coordinating with physicians and daytime teams.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatric settings, and can organize staff, manage plans, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by state; preferred long-term care or geriatric experience.
• Minimum two years nursing experience and at least one year supervisory experience.
• Clerical ability to read reports and use data accurately.
• Skill in organizing, planning programs and managing personnel to provide nursing services.
• Ability to plan and direct the department, coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinate nurses to maintain resident care standards.
• Transmit physicians' orders to other units as needed.
• Delegate nursing and other procedures to qualified staff.
• Make rounds to assess residents' conditions and document care.
