Job summary

The Fulton Center for Nursing and Healing in Fulton, Georgia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Weekend/EOW Supervisor. You will lead the nursing staff on weekends, guiding care delivery and ensuring adherence to policies.

This role focuses on staff scheduling, care coordination, improving patient outcomes, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience with leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and relevant software systems.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff on weekends, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including scheduling, assignments, and task delegation.
• Monitor patient care and provide feedback and coaching to staff as needed.
• Participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accrediting bodies, and company policies.
