Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and services in collaboration with the care team.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient needs and reporting requirements.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
• Maintain patient rights, safety, and sanitation.
• Communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team and uphold Life Care standards.
