Job summary

CASTLEHILLS in is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise the nursing staff on weekends (Sat-Sun, 6a-6p). The role focuses on directing day-to-day nursing activities and ensuring care quality in compliance with applicable regulations. A Nursing Degree and familiarity with rehabilitative nursing practices are required.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing policies, and coordinating with the DON/ADON as needed, while supporting a culture of safe, high-quality resident care.
