Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN/ASN).
• Licensed to practice in Tennessee.
• Maintains CPR certification.
• Preferred ventilator/ICU/CCU experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Ensure care policies and procedures are followed.
• Complete admission, discharge and transfer documentation.
• Monitor lab schedules and results.
• Respond to family and resident concerns.
• Participate in Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance.
