Job summary

GQR Healthcare seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight within a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Winston-Salem, NC. You’ll lead and support the nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, compassionate care.

This role offers an opportunity to mentor clinical staff, uphold high standards of practice, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults through resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing required.
• Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, senior living, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively leading and supporting a nursing team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
