Job summary
Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide leadership, clinical expertise, and compassionate patient care across inpatient units. You will assess patients, develop goal-directed care plans, coordinate with the care team, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.

Qualifications
- Graduation from NLN accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse with current licensure in the State of Michigan.
- BLS certification required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to organization success targets for net operating margin.
- Adheres to unit/department budgetary practices.
- Supports patient flow and policy compliance.
- Communicates professionally with patients and families.
- Assesses patients and develops goal-directed care plans.
- Documents care in the electronic record and participates in quality management.
- Coordinates care with other health disciplines and plans for discharge.
