Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide inpatient/ED care coordination and support across the continuum. This role requires working 11 out of 12 weekends and involves collaboration with the care team to promote patient health and safety.

Qualifications include active RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan and current BLS certification; BSN is preferred, with proficiency in EMR and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan.
• Current American Heart Association BLS healthcare provider.
• Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Protects, promotes, and restores health by nursing at the highest level of licensure in inpatient/ED.
• Collaborates with Providers and care team to coordinate patient care across the continuum.
• Mentors assigned team members and supports best practices.
