Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide inpatient and emergency department care at a hospital level, 24/7. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, care coordination, and patient-centered practices.

Qualified candidates hold current RN licensure for Illinois or Michigan and a valid BLS certification; BSN is preferred and prior hospital RN experience is desirable. This is an on-site nursing position with weekend work expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems and basic Microsoft applications.
• RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan required; BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness as a Registered Nurse in inpatient/ED settings.
• Collaborates with providers and care teams to coordinate care across the continuum.
• Mentors team members and maintains professional disposition while delivering 24/7 hospital care.
