Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care at the highest level of RN licensure in inpatient hospital or ED units, 24/7.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow and outcomes.
• Assess physical symptoms and provide psychological support to patients, families, and staff.
• Mentor and support assigned team members to promote best practices and professional conduct.
