The Blossoms at Newport is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to lead and mentor our nursing team in delivering compassionate care at our Newport facility. In this role, you will oversee care delivery, coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensure care plans meet each resident’s changing needs while maintaining regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required.
• RN license in state of employment or a compact license.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Skilled Nursing with supervisory responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Experience with pain management and IV therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality nursing care.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
• Implement care plans with a resident-centered focus.
• Utilize resources for counseling and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to adjust plans as needs change.
