Paradigm at the Pines is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to join our nursing team in Silsbee, TX. You will support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing service to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining residents’ dignity and safety. Weekend shifts and collaboration across shifts are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active license to practice as an LVN or RN in the state.
• 2 years’ experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Six months’ experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational skills, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care for residents.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with nursing practice acts and policies.
• Make regular rounds to assess performance and quality of care.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet resident needs.
• Attend departmental meetings and in-services as directed.
• Report incidents, concerns, and safety issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
