Job summary

Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality care for residents in a long-term care setting. The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach to elderly care.

Responsibilities include supervising RNs/LPNs/CNAs, developing care plans with the interdisciplinary team, monitoring resident health, and coordinating with providers.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Alabama.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise nursing staff, Including RN’s, LPN’s, and CNA’s, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and ensure open communication.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
