Job summary

Rogershc is seeking a Facility House Supervisor - RN to lead daily nursing operations within our Rogers, AR facility. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate care to deliver safe, compassionate patient outcomes.

You will provide clinical guidance, manage resources, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care. Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a valid RN license plus BLS are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a nursing role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Monitor patient care plans and ensure compliance with established protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing personnel, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate communication and optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure the facility maintains compliance with health and safety regulations and accreditation standards.
• Respond to emergencies and critical incidents, providing leadership and direction as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to patient care and staff performance.
