Job summary

Regency Hospital Springdale is seeking a House Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing staff on a 12-hour shift schedule. This full-time role includes rotating weekends and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with a focus on safe patient care, resource management, and staff development in our post-ICU recovery setting.

You will mentor team members, coordinate discharge planning, ensure policy compliance, and serve as a clinical resource during shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.
