Job summary

Regency Hospital Springdale, part of Select Medical, is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) to oversee 12-hour shifts and ensure exceptional patient care. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and rotating weekends, with extensive orientation and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements include a valid state RN license, BLS and ACLS at hire, and preferred experience in critical care. The facility provides comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.

• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
